Enjoy rigorous spin classes amidst the exciting digital terrains projected in our virtual spin studio. Sculpt and tone in one of our multi-medium classes through an eclectic mix of isometrics, core strengthening, ballet, yoga, and pilates.
Using the TRX System, you will increase total-body flexibility, mobility and stability all while engaging the core. Get ready to pick up the pace as we build strength and stamina with basic foundational exercises along with TRX combo moves.

Attendance Policy: Members may not enter classes more than 15 minutes late. Max 15-20 people per class. Our classes are on a first come first serve basis.
